1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using "ZenTap" (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. About the App

ZenTap is an iOS / Apple Watch / Widget app offering a "wooden fish" focus practice. It includes:

• 4 DSP-synthesized wooden fish sounds (Ancient Temple / Deep Night / Empty Valley / Morning Bell)
• A 21-day focus curve tracker
• 10 skins (including the default one)
• Cross-device data sharing (iPhone / Apple Watch / Widget)
• Optional iCloud sync
• In-app purchases (IAP) for skins

3. License and access

3.1 Free tier

• The full feature set is free forever
• The default skin is free
• One skin unlocks every 21 consecutive days of tapping

3.2 Paid tier

• Individual skin: ¥6 each, Non-Consumable
• Full bundle: ¥38 for all 10 (37% off), Non-Consumable
• Signing in on a new device with the same Apple ID restores your purchased skins

3.3 Refunds

• Refunds are handled under the Apple App Store policy: <https://support.apple.com/HT204084>
• Non-Consumable purchases can be refunded within one year
• The Developer does not process refunds directly

4. Acceptable use

• Do not defeat skin locks through reverse engineering, decompilation, or binary modification
• Do not use the App for any illegal activity
• Do not accumulate tap counts artificially via scripts, bots, or automation
• Respect the App's calm design intent (no spam or injected content)

Violating these terms may result in suspension or revocation of IAP restoration.

5. Intellectual property

• All source code, design, icons, sound resources (the 4 DSP wooden fish sounds), and skin textures are original to the Developer or legally obtained.
• You receive a license to use, not ownership. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is not a medical device and must not be used for any medical or psychotherapeutic purpose.
• The App does not claim to treat or relieve anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental health conditions. If you have ongoing psychological distress, please consult a qualified professional.
• The Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the App.

7. Third-party services

• Apple StoreKit processes IAP purchases. Apple Privacy Policy: <https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/>
• Apple CloudKit provides optional iCloud data sync. Same policy.
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) delivers reminder notifications.

8. Changes

The App may be updated, along with these terms. The version number is tracked in Info.plist under CFBundleShortVersionString; material changes are announced in the App.

9. Termination

• You may end your use at any time by deleting the App
• The Developer reserves the right to discontinue the App in extreme circumstances (rare in practice)

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are submitted to a People's Court with jurisdiction at the Developer's location.
